Artist Management
At OperUs, artist development is conceived as a continuous journey - from advanced training to professional integration and long-term career growth.
Our Artist Management division is a natural extension of this vision. It is built to support artists not only in entering the industry, but in navigating it with clarity, identity, and purpose. Through personalised guidance, strategic career planning, and access to an international network of partners , we accompany artists in building sustainable and distinctive careers.
We believe that strong artistic careers are rooted in consistency, trust, and a shared understanding of artistic values. For this reason, our management approach is closely connected to the educational and artistic environment developed within OperUs.
As part of our long-term vision
OperUs Artist Management is developed in synergy with our Opera Academy to offer the possibility of continuity in artists' professional pathway launched through our programs.
For the 2026 season, roster selection is prioritised until September for alumni of OperUs Opera Studios 2026, ensuring a coherent transition from training to professional representation and allowing us to invest deeply in artists whose development we have closely followed.
This approach reflects our commitment to building careers through sustained collaboration, rather than short-term selection processes.
Following this period, we may open a limited number of positions to external artists whose profile aligns with the OperUs' artistic vision.
